Moab, Utah Adventure Elopement - Sarah + Justin
We love working with clients with a passion for the outdoors, a desire for adventure, and who know how to have a good time! After speaking with these two we knew this Utah elopement adventure was going to be one for the books, in fact it was a dream come true. Once Justin and Sarah told us what they were looking for we knew exactly where to take them. Approximately 45 minutes outside of Moab, Utah, there is a beautiful geologic outcrop that we have been dreaming of taking a couple to ever since we first found it. This Southwest adventure elopement was the perfect opportunity. We packed our cameras, drone, our camping gear, charcuterie, and champagne and hit the road. Moab is replete with beautiful rock formations and you really can't go wrong headed in any cardinal direction out of town. There are the Fisher Towers, Kane Creek, the Corona Arch, Arches National Park, Dead Horse State Park, and many other beautiful locations surrounding Moab. As Utah elopement photographers, we strive to put in a little extra work so you can go somewhere truly spectacular and get a little more remote. This couple wanted something a little more "off the radar" and considering that we had never seen a photo published from this particular rock we thought that it would be a great choice. As it turns out, it certainly was! We spent the beginning of the day exploring creeks, hiking to vistas, and 4-wheeling around the area in a general celebration of life and love. The ceremony was scheduled about an hour before sunset for ideal Golden Hour photography and the sky did not disappoint. We endeavor to plan days like this for our couples and can't wait to go back to the desert for more. For more information regarding the Moab area click here.
